Welcome to the Heritage Greens Paired Homes Community in Hudson, Wisconsin. You’ll find single home dwellings as well as townhomes within Heritage Greens; each with their own HOA group.
In Facebook there is a Heritage Greens homepage called Heritage Greens of Hudson. All residents within Heritage Greens are encouraged to join and participate.
A few helpful move-in hints:
1. Xcel Energy: To transfer or to add - Call 1 (800) 895-4999
2. Comcast/Xfinity: To transfer or add - you can call them directly at 1-800-934-6489 or contact the Xfinity salesperson for this area (Chris Gagne 612-391-0162)

Setting up Utilities: If you need to establish a new service, change service, or discontinue service, you should complete a utility change form. Property owners (not rental units) may also contact Krissy Collins in the Utility Billing Department at 715-386-4765, ext. 128 or by emailing Krissy. A meter reading will need to be scheduled with charges calculated to close the account for the previous property owner.
4. Garbage: Waste Management (now known as “WM”) 651-487-8546
This is not covered by your HOA dues. You must contact them to receive your garbage and recycling bins.
5. Homeowner’s Insurance: Make sure to check with your current agency to see what type of insurance (designed for townhome owners) you want to invest in. You should get a copy of the HO6 letter to provide to your insurance agent for insurance coverage. As part of an HOA, there are townhome exteriors (such as your roof and siding) that are already covered within your monthly HOA dues. Work with your personal insurance agency as to the amount you want covered for your home’s interior.
6. Lawn care, irrigation, snow plowing/sidewalks. Covered by the HOA. Any concerns are addressed to MJF and Associates via maintenance request forms.
